Refund Policy

At Vibeviso, we stand behind the quality of our services and strive to provide the best possible experience to all our customers. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Refund Policy outlines when and how you can request a refund.
1.0 Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
Service Not Delivered: You did not receive your subscription or activation details within a reasonable time after purchase.
Technical Issues: You experienced persistent technical issues (e.g., channels not loading, major service interruptions) that we were unable to resolve after you contacted our support team.
Duplicate Purchase: You were charged more than once for the same subscription due to a technical error or payment processing issue.
Unsupported Device or Region: You purchased a plan and later found your device or geographic region is not supported, and you had no prior way of knowing.
1.1 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
You changed your mind after the service was activated or delivered.
You failed to read the service/device compatibility instructions or channel list before purchase.
You experienced minor interruptions or occasional buffering (which can occur due to user-side issues such as internet speed).
The refund request was made after the refund window (see Section 1.2) expired.
You purchased a trial plan or a promotional offer marked as non-refundable.
You violated our Terms & Conditions, resulting in account suspension.
1.2 Refund Request Window
You must submit your refund request within 7 days of the original purchase. After 7 days, refund eligibility expires and no refunds will be issued.
1.3 How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@vibeviso.com with the following information:
Full Name
Email Address used for purchase
Order/Transaction ID
Date of Purchase
Reason for refund and any supporting screenshots (if applicable)
Our team will review your request within 2–5 business days. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
1.4 Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be granted based on the usage period or remaining subscription time, especially for multi-month or yearly plans. For example, if you purchased a 12-month subscription and experienced unresolved issues in the first week, a prorated refund may be considered.
1.5 Chargebacks and Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and a permanent ban from using Vibeviso services.
1.6 Policy Updates
Vibeviso reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
